Our hiring process includes oral questioning, reference checks, and in-house training relevant to many different areas of catering and food service. Attendance and Punctuality

We expect our staff to arrive fifteen minutes before their shift begins with the correct uniform. Quarterly employee meetings introduce new policies and instill company culture in our staff.
