Training

DFW Event Staffing maintains a very comprehensive screening and training program. Our hiring process includes oral questioning, reference checks, and in-house training relevant to many different areas of catering and food service. We provide hospitality training to ensure professionalism on catering and banquet serving skills to ensure quality performance.

Attendance and Punctuality

We expect our staff to arrive fifteen minutes before their shift begins with the correct uniform. Quarterly employee meetings introduce new policies and instill company culture in our staff.
